Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator (Maternity cover)

Location: London

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator to support and enhance our organization's commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. The D&I Coordinator will work closely with the Senior D&I Manager to support the deployment of our programs and initiatives. This role will involve project management, event coordination, and communication to ensure that D&I efforts align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Organisation

Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in planning and executing events and initiatives
Coordinate logistics for D&I events, workshops, and training sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives, requirements and budget
Coordinate venue or virtual event logistics (caterers, external speakers, audiovisual equipment, etc.)
Collate and consolidate post-event feedback to be shared with the D&I manager and relevant stakeholders


Communication and Outreach:

Prepare reports and presentations on D&I progress for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in creating and disseminating communications, such as email invitations, newsletters and internal announcements, to promote D&I activities and successes


Training and Development:

Support the deployment of D&I training programs, including scheduling, communication, and participant tracking
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of D&I training and suggest improvements


Experience:

2 years experience in a coordinator, administrative or planning role


Skills:

A good understanding of D&I concepts, practices, and regulations is preferred but not necessary
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
