We are seeking an experienced Dialer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing call center performance, managing dialer campaigns, and ensuring optimal use of our dialing systems. This role is crucial in maximizing contact rates, enhancing customer experience, and driving overall call center efficiency.

- $75,000+ depending on experienceÂ

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Â
-
Manage and maintain the call center dialer system, including setup, configuration, and troubleshootingÂ
-
Monitor real-time call center performance and make necessary adjustments to meet service level agreements (SLAs)Â
-
Collaborate with Workforce Management to optimize staffing levels and ensure adequate coverageÂ
-
Analyze call center data to identify trends, forecast call volumes, and create schedules that align with business needsÂ
-
Collaborate with department Leadership to address staffing issues and improve overall call center efficiencyÂ
-
Provide training and support to call center agents on dialer usage and best practicesÂ
-
Communicate performance around both simple and complex messages around performance to various stakeholders.

Responsible for development, testing, implementation, and production of daily business reporting as it pertains to call center operations. Provide insights and recommendations for improvementÂ

Identifying and implementing process improvementsÂ
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policiesÂ

Other duties as assignedÂ
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:

Minimum 3Â years of related call center technology in a high-volume contact centerÂ

Experience in the debt settlement or related personal finance fields preferredÂ

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ

Proficiency in using call center software and toolsÂ
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentÂ

Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
