What does the RN role entail?

• Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
• Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
• Oversee a group of up to 12 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 3 fully trained PCTs
• Paid Dialysis Training provided

What does a successful RN look like?

• At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
• Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
• ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
• Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
