About this position

The Diamond Customer Experience Specialist develops relationships that support and contribute to the customer experience strategy. The role will be responsible for working directly with top-performing customers to solve problems, build trust, and recommend operational improvements where the opportunity exists to improve and achieve operational excellence.

What you'll do

• You will support day-to-day quality activities, with a focus on front-line customer growth
• You will identify pain points across the customer journeys and work collaboratively across the business to implement opportunities to improve the experience.
• You will coordinate with Customer Experience Manager and/or technical personnel as needed to meet customer needs while managing customer expectations for solution delivery and performance.
• You will attend the annual convention and other company events as assigned. Travel to assigned states approximately 1-2 times per year. Lead and participate in various projects as assigned.

You should have

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• Five years of related experience and/or training. Demonstrated relationship and collaboration skills, experience partnering across multiple business segments
• 7-10 years in a sales/customer service/customer experience organization. Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships.
