Join our Intel Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) in building the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing factories across the globe. The future is what we build.

Our enterprise manages a portfolio of capital projects on-site with a large contractor workforce that encompasses outsourced general contractors, A/E Architecture and Engineering firms and key trade companies in the Semiconductor Construction Industry. The scope of our work includes but is not limited to new factories and site infrastructure, ongoing site expansion and renovation, and semiconductor tool install.

This is an onsite position at our Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona and relocation assistance will not be provided.

As a DigiT implementation Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Deliver digital solutions to construction projects globally focusing on change management and implementation strategies .

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities pertaining to implement applications for construction projects.

Develop the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, quality and change management.

Develop fast-paced global environment timelines of project approval requirements.

Interact with cross function customers and stakeholders, coordinates resources , schedule and handshake.

Manage system requirements (aka design) with relevant SME to a smooth execution.

Act as a Systems Integrator between FCE's DigiT to the projects and lead implementation communication.

Engage in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment.

Ensure projects are completed according to project plans.

Manage project team resourcing and training.

Drive a digit global solution with lowering cost.

Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial engineering , Business Administration or any related discipline with 6+ years experience in Project Management focused on project controls, data analytics and BI development solutions and/or software architecture solutions.

10+ years comparable experience in Project Management focused on project controls, data analytics and BI development solutions and/or software architecture solutions in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in:

Manufacturing, project management, information systems, change management of large-scale projects, construction, ramp systems and related business acumen.

Agile Operating Model.
