Digital Account Executive

- Develop and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and accurate reporting of sales activity in our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Continuously develop your knowledge of our solutions and the market to effectively position our offerings to customers
- Conduct research to identify and prioritize target customers in specific verticals
- Utilize various digital sales channels, including phone, email, and social media, to generate leads and establish relationships with customers
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively
- Ability to engage, network, and build strong relationships with a diverse and global customer base across various communication channels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems preferred
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a bonus
- Must be willing to work during AMER hours
