Job Description
Reporting to an Account Director you'll create impact within our Client Management team.
You'll contribute as an Account Manager by having responsibility for managing an account by planning for and organising all areas relevant to development of projects. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth.
You'll need 1-3+ years experience and ensure the smooth daily running of the account, a well known sportswear brand. Meeting our client's expectations and more importantly looking at how we can develop the accounts to maximise revenues.
This will include cross selling all of Jellyfish services and looking to develop relationships at all levels within the accounts.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- You'll oversee the smooth running of projects for the localisation and adaption creative production. Ensuring all members of the internal and external team are up to date
- Produce a high volume of assets in multiple languages and sizes for multiple media channels (Digital, social, print and OOH)
- You'll help manage the briefing process; internal quality control and external client communication to ensure that our client's expectations are met
- Implement administration and financial management of accounts including accurate cost estimates, invoicing and monthly reconciliation of jobs and closing of jobs.
- You will develop close relationships with important partners in the client to try and ensure that Jellyfish are selected to provide all the services that we can offer and that they purchase.
- Support and work with Project Managers /resources that are in place to support the accounts
- Be the 'go-to' person and have a positive, proactive relationship with the Client/s and internal team, being a central contact
- You'll have an understanding and appreciation for communications – concerning media channels and the digital nature of modern media, campaign fulfilment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficient skills to ensure clear understanding of the agency's proposition and to convey complex information
- Demonstrated expertise in organisational skills to manage projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with advertising or other fast-paced brand and marketing environments.
- Can present creative and complex information engaging and persuading clients and agency colleagues
- Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- Creative Problem Solving - You create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
- Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
