Job Duties: 

  • Creating, launching, and optimizing PPC, social media, and other types of digital advertising campaigns, including support for digital referral programs and nurture automation. 
  • Monitoring budget and overseeing ad accounts, vendors, and other paid media
  • Tracking KPIs and producing reporting of campaign performance with sales metrics
  • Create and implement effective paid media strategies
  • Write and put together attractive ad copy
  • Internet listening and monitoring / assistance with community management on social media. 
  • Monitor click fraud and file for refunds where applicable
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels, keeping messages consistent. 
  • Keep on top of Social, PPC, and SEM trends
  • Testing and tracking of new campaign strategies, ad performance, user experience and landing page performance. Collaborating and creating strategies with team to improve those results. 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend/performance based on findings
  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies and digital advertising opportunities. 

Experience:

  • Three to Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Well-versed in the use of social media and pay-per-click platforms as a marketing tool
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results 
  • Good at problem-solving and communication
  • Strong written and communication skills 

Computer Skills:

  • Marketing Automation Software Experience 2+ Years
  • Digital Ad networks
  • Google Ads / Microsoft Ads / All PPC Channels
  • Google Analytics / Google Search Console
  • Facebook (Meta) Ad Manager / Other Social Media Ad Platforms
  • CRM and CMS Management Experience
  • HTML and CSS development a plus

Office Environment:

This position must be located in either California, Idaho, or Texas. Employees located in Boise, ID; Orange County, CA or Dallas, TX are in a hybrid work environment: Scheduled in-office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the ability to work remotely Thursday/Friday. The hybrid schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the company.

Physical Demands

  • This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment 

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • The office work environment can be boisterous.
  • Attire is business casual.

Salary 

The salary range for this position is $76k- 92K (Depending on experience)

Travel

Hardly ever. (May be required to travel overnight – by car or air – to support the annual Summit event, sometimes working in excess of eight (8) hours/day.
