Digital AD Manager

Job Duties:Â
- Creating, launching, and optimizing PPC, social media, and other types of digital advertising campaigns, including support for digital referral programs and nurture automation.Â
- Monitoring budget and overseeing ad accounts, vendors, and other paid media
- Tracking KPIs and producing reporting of campaign performance with sales metrics
- Create and implement effective paid media strategies
- Write and put together attractive ad copy
- Internet listening and monitoring / assistance with community management on social media.Â
- Monitor click fraud and file for refunds where applicable
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels, keeping messages consistent.Â
- Keep on top of Social, PPC, and SEM trends
- Testing and tracking of new campaign strategies, ad performance, user experience and landing page performance. Collaborating and creating strategies with team to improve those results.Â
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend/performance based on findings
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies and digital advertising opportunities.Â
Experience:
- Three to Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
- Well-versed in the use of social media and pay-per-click platforms as a marketing tool
- Understands website metrics and best practices
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate resultsÂ
- Good at problem-solving and communication
- Strong written and communication skillsÂ
Computer Skills:
- Marketing Automation Software Experience 2+ Years
- Digital Ad networks
- Google Ads / Microsoft Ads / All PPC Channels
- Google Analytics / Google Search Console
- Facebook (Meta) Ad Manager / Other Social Media Ad Platforms
- CRM and CMS Management Experience
- HTML and CSS development a plus
Office Environment:
This position must be located in either California, Idaho, or Texas. Employees located in Boise, ID; Orange County, CA or Dallas, TX are in a hybrid work environment: Scheduled in-office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the ability to work remotely Thursday/Friday. The hybrid schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the company.
Physical Demands
- This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.
Work EnvironmentÂ
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- The office work environment can be boisterous.
- Attire is business casual.
SalaryÂ
The salary range for this position is $76k- 92K (Depending on experience)
Travel
Hardly ever. (May be required to travel overnight – by car or air – to support the annual Summit event, sometimes working in excess of eight (8) hours/day.
