Digital Ad Operations Manager

Job Description
The Digital Ad Ops Manager will lead the strategy and management of all ad campaigns for the Caesars Digital division. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining best practices for all ad operational elements, inclusive of campaign management, tagging and measurement.
This leadership role will work closely with key stakeholders to improve ad operations processes, while independently managing projects directly associated with performance marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for all relationships with external platforms (such as GA and MMPs), fostering an internal culture of collaboration with members of the marketing, martech, measurement and data teams.
What You Will be Doing:

• Serve as lead across all Ad Operations
• Collaborate both internally and externally
• Innovate across process & industry
• Develop, execute and optimize all ad serving for all Caesars digital campaigns - including Caesars Sportsbook & Casino
• Manage day-to-day operations of campaigns, including trafficking, tagging, testing and implementation of ad campaigns
• Oversee all live campaigns for proper serving, click through action, and conversion events
• Liaise across Creative, Growth Marketing, and Marketing Measurement teams; prepare reporting and provide metrics on all trafficked campaigns (whether trafficked by us or through our agency)
• Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of ad operations
• Train and mentor junior members of the team
• Assist in the evaluation of new marketing technologies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Continuously look to optimize all processes and streamline process flows
• Stay current on updates to ad servers and help communicate to necessary teams

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree (Preferably in business management, computer sciences, data management, or another related major)
• 5+ years exposure to and understanding of the online advertising space
• Must be proficient in ad server targeting methods and have previous ad operations experience
• Experience using Google Campaign Manager (form. DoubleClick), Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners required (ie AppsFlyer)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage projects autonomously
• Experience with Rich Media files and DoubleClick Studio
• Knowledge of coding of multiple click tags
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred
• Ad agency experience preferred
