What are we looking for?

  • Understand Mars Wrigley cross-function business challenges, identify digital transformation opportunities and be able to propose and shape out the business cases with clear value creation.
  • Deliver digital transformation projects in high quality for Mars Wrigley
  • Develop expertise in consumer centric route-to-market transformations in Omni Channels.
  • Build broad view of industry digitalization trends and different transformational models and be able to bring outside in to drive Mars digital transformations leveraging both internal & external resources.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and be able to influence in relative domains.
  • Closely work with business stakeholders to co-shape business cases and map with CDIC capabilities for proper solution with clear business value.& digital technology teams to fulfil the identified transformation projects.
  • Be the end to end owner to implement the selected digital solution and value quantification.
  • Drive digital transformations test & learn and scale up to fully embedded into business ongoing operation.
  • Sustain healthy network with Mars Wrigley key function stakeholders and be the contact point for digital transformation inspiration/discussion/co-creation.
  • Work with CDIC cross capability teams

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Economics, or other relevant majors
  • 5+ years of experience in digital area with a broad understanding of business operations in sales and marketing
  • Strong digital technology expertise with strong business acumen, e.g. Omni-channel, New Retail, O2O, eCommerce, Consumer Operation, CRM, Business Analytics, etc.
  • Experience of working in FMCG digital transformation or innovation is preferred.
  • Experienced in consumer centricity, design thinking, project management, business transformation.
  • Strong business acumen, good communication, stakeholder engagement skills, cross team collaboration, conflict management
