Digital Advertising Campaign Coordinator

Job Description:

The Digital Advertising Campaign Coordinator position will support various marketing groups by executing onsite and in-app campaigns across Wall Street Journal, Barron's and MarketWatch. This position resides in the Marketing Data Solutions team within the Marketing Organization. The onsite coordinator will manage a range of campaign initiatives enhancing the customer experience as well as generating new business via nurturing relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implementation of marketing promotions on Dow Jones flagship sites targeting prospects and subscribers
• Management of the onsite and in-app campaign execution process from beginning to end, including but not limited to; the gathering of requirements, the communication of technical specifications, the quality assurance of the campaign, and launch of the final campaign
• Management of campaign metadata tagging integral to campaign reporting
• Manage digital asset library and data dictionary
• Perform continuous quality assurance of onsite and in-app placements as well as user acceptance testing for customer experience
• Work with third party vendors to manage platform capabilities, ensuring we are leveraging technology effectively

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in marketing, marketing automation or operations preferred
• Knowledge of the e-commerce space
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing
• Project management skills a must
• Attention to detail and proficient quality assurance abilities
• Quick problem solving skills to address roadblocks and production issues
• Experience using Jira or other project management tools
