Role Overview:

The Digital Advertising Specialist at Incubeta provides advice and support to our Northern European clients and agencies. You work on delivering end-to-end solutions from strategic advice and tactical direction to operational execution.

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll be part of a team of experts for our Northern European clients and agencies, guiding their business success across Google's paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, SA360, CM360). 

You'll leverage your deep knowledge to strategise, create and optimise campaigns, analyse performance, and identify new opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Dutch. You’ll play a key role in identifying and communicating opportunities and curating the Paid Media and Ad-Tech roadmap of some of the region’s biggest advertisers and agencies.

The talent we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or business related subjects.

3+ years of relevant experience as an Digital Advertising Consultant or Specialist

Skilled in Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform stack: Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360.

Experience in social media advertising with Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn Ads.

Ability to troubleshoot performance issues within the digital advertising landscape and present solutions internally & externally.

Strong communication skills and a team player

Strong organizational and time management skills to stay on top of details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch & English

Analytical skills and ability to develop approaches to problem solving.

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to plan ahead and pro-active mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with consulting cross-channel, preferably at an agency.

Experience with Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud

Experience with creating and managing DCO campaigns
