General Summary

As an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our digital advertising initiatives across Alfred and MakeMusic brands. Your expertise in managing diverse digital advertising platforms, including Amazon storefront and advertising, will be pivotal in driving traffic, engaging users, and boosting conversions. You will bring a strategic mindset to the role, along with proficiency in SEO/ASO, PPC, and social advertising, complemented by your strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics (GA4).

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Team and other departments, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.

Core Functions

Advertising and Campaign Management

  • Strategically plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including PPC, display ads, social media, and Amazon.
  • Tailor campaigns to SaaS and online publisher retail audiences, as well as key personas, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Manage ad budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS & ROI.

Reporting, Tracking & Metrics

  • Develop and maintain key advertising KPIs, with performance summaries and detailed conversion tracking.
  • Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, and provide strategic adjustments based on insights from Sigma reports and GA4 data.
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and forecast performance.

Strategic Input and Collaboration

  • Provide strategic insights to enhance advertising efforts, particularly for SaaS and online retail environments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate advertising strategies with content and email marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the broader digital marketing strategy, reporting regularly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, work with Amazon ads is vital.
  • Expert level understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) 
  • Basic understanding of Sigma reports and Google Looker (Data) Studio.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and various digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Meta and other major social media advertising platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/ASO best practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.

Compensation

Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $58,477 - $97,461. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.

This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment that is well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned with adequate ventilation and a noise level that is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.

Travel

Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% of the time. Anticipated travel to include internal company events, meetings, and trainings as well as customer events, trade shows, and customer visits.
