What you can expect

Zoom is looking for a Digital Analyst to generate insights for eCommerce and Marketing teams to inform our strategic initiatives & product roadmap.

About the Team

This role is part of the Digital Analytics team, which supports Zoom's digital properties to accelerate growth. This candidate will provide customer insights regarding online behavior, informing future B2C & B2B strategies. They should possess a passion for storytelling through data and act as a champion for decision-making across the organization. Additionally, they must be adept at both strategic and tactical thinking and comfortable in a dynamic environment of a high-growth company. A passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with eCommerce and Marketing teams to define reporting needs and KPIs. This includes creating automated reports, recommending tagging strategies, and analyzing customer funnel behavior and abandonment to gain insights.
• Oversee performance monitoring and insights via dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Distill insights from Experimentation & Personalization efforts to guide data-driven iteration and storytelling.
• Participate in site redesigns and enhancements by identifying areas of opportunity and setting site metric goals.
• Perform analysis of all churn-related reports to uncover trends and insights.
• Partner with Marketing teams to drive connectivity between customer experience, care, loyalty initiatives, and retention efforts.
• Implement processes and train cross-functional business users, enabling them to use data for decision-making in their areas of responsibility.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity across all touchpoints of the digital product experience.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics
• Demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written, for translating technical and statistical information into actionable business insights for Business Stakeholders
• Have Media Mix Optimization and Attribution Modeling experience
• Enjoy working with others and a clear, great communicator
• Have a quantitative and data-driven mindset balanced with a customer-driven approach
• Able to document and present results to differing stakeholder audiences
• Be a team player with a growth mindset

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$76,800.00

Maximum:
$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
