The Digital Analytics Analyst will work closely with the direct to consumer, digital and brand marketing teams to understand our customer entire travel lifecycle, from shopping, to booking, to on-property experience and re-marketing. This professional will deliver insightful analysis to enhance our digital platforms (websites, mobile applications and full shopping experience from different acquisition channels).
The Digital Analyst will be part of a growing analytics team that supports our AMResorts Direct to Consumer strategy, will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of digital analytics and familiar with digital marketing.

The Digital Analyst will be part of a growing analytics team that supports our AMResorts Direct to Consumer strategy, will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of digital analytics and familiar with digital marketing.
A successful Digital Analytics Analyst will:
- Build and distribute reports that provide actionable insights specific to targeted business objectives. Including but not limited to digital shopping experience, optimization and website performance
- Analyze customer journey mapping, building path reports to understand fallout across the shopping experience for travel (hotel, packages of hotel and flight and ancillary travel products
- Support ongoing digital optimization and testing, with data driven suggestions
- Track and analyze web site performance, trends, click stream and results of digital marketing initiatives to provide data driven insights, optimize media and campaign investments, and improve the online experience
- Provide proactive support to ensure reporting and analysis needs are met
- Derive actionable insights from this reporting and analysis and work with marketing team to optimize ongoing campaign or enhance future efforts.
- Provide day-to-day support of analytics systems to end user
- Guide web developer teams to ensure tagging/tracking strategy is in place and continues to remain intact through any changes to the sites
A successful Digital Analytics Analyst will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 2-3 years of experience in enterprise level web site analytics tools (tagging, running reports and managing the tool)
- Experience in ecommerce or knowledge of the travel industry a plus
- Previous experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience using GTM, Google Data Studio and familiarity with UTM parameters (Tracking Codes)
- Previous experience manipulating, analyzing, merging data and presenting findings from multiple data sources
- Advanced use of excel, in a professional setting; knowledge of a business intelligence tool such as Tableau or Power BI a plus
- Experience delivering automated comprehensive web analytic reporting. Ability to do ad-hoc problem analysis.
- Ability to translate data and analysis into actionable insights
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Problem solver: ability to learn how the systems interact.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a global setting and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
