Grow your career as a Digital Analytics Manager within AMResorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brands that works with renowned All Inclusive Resorts Brands such as: Secrets, Dreams, Breathless, Zoetry, Alua, Sunscape and VividIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights related to guests shopping and engagement behavior on our digital platforms (web and mobile apps).

As a member of the Global AMR Direct & E-Commerce team, theDigital Analytics Manager has a deep understanding of clickstream data, strong quantitative problem-solving skills, and is capable of synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations for the business. S/He can present and influence leaders clearly articulating the "What", the "Why" and the "So What"which will result in better digital products and make shopping easier and inspiring for our guests.

A successful candidate will combine a strong knowledge of Digital Analytics (web and mobile app), reporting and optimization, considering financial implications of all initiatives. S/He has strong leadership skills and has an understanding of team interdependencies to affect change. A successful Digital Analytics Manager will:
• Interpret digital metrics and data used to track, measure, and analyze online behaviors, understanding performance (including engagement, time on site, customer funnel analysis, transactions and revenue)
• Provide analytical insights , for different initiatives driving traffic to our digital platforms based on success performance metrics, and analyze those by channel mix
• Report on customer, property, digital marketing, and eCommerce insights and trends to senior leadership
• Support the Shopping Experiences / Digital Product teams with analytics to improve and optimize the platforms (web and mobile apps)
• Model consumer behavior to help the company make predictive decisions based on user characteristics and behaviors, in partnership with the audience segment experts
• Create standard reporting, dashboards, and metrics so that everybody is telling the same story with confidence, accuracy, and alignment
• Manage creation of automated dashboards and reporting on KPIS for Direct/E-Commerce (global) and Marketing
• Identify relevant data from various sources including Google Analytics (web session data), HubSpot or Cendyn (email campaign data) and the CRM (guest data) to create reports offering a full vision of internal initiatives
• Oversee enablement of site tracking and multi-touch attribution
• Partner with, guide, and educate team members for self-service data and analytics needs to create a data-savvy culture.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in analytics (digital, marketing)
• Understanding of web analytics and tracking methodologies particularly within the direct-to-consumer eCommerce space (tag management & pixel tracking, hit-level data analysis, customer behavior analysis, etc.). Experience working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView
• Familiar with multi-site eCommerce architecture, design and analytics across multiple digital channels
• Proficient in Excel with an ability to integrate disparate data sets into clear, concise reporting and visual representation
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new tools and ability to identify trends and anomalies in large data sets
• Familiarity with R or Python for data analysis with JavaScript for tracking and analytics is a plus
• Experience deploying analytical solutions for digital platforms
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial setting
