Role/ Department: Digital Analytics & Strategy Lead/HR Strategy and Planning
Are you a seasoned digital analytics professional with a passion for crafting data-driven solutions that drive business success? We're seeking a dynamic individual to take the lead in revolutionizing our analytical approach and influencing strategic decisions. You'll be at the forefront of modern data architecture, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful insights.
In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and functional insights to develop cutting-edge analytical solutions that address critical business needs. You'll rapidly grasp the nuances of our clients' business use cases and translate them into modern data architecture principles. Collaborating with technical teams and business leaders, you'll provide high-level technical solutions, strategic consultation, and project leadership.
The key responsibilities of the role include: • Lead data science projects from conception to execution, overseeing end-to-end processes including data ingestion, preparation, feature engineering, analysis, modeling, deployment, performance tracking, and documentation.• Serve as a strategic partner to functional teams, initiating and executing thorough analyses and models that prioritize opportunities and offer actionable recommendations.• Foster discussions with product managers, data engineers, and subject matter experts to seamlessly integrate new models, algorithms, and enhancements into production.• Develop and implement statistical models using efficient software languages, creating model prototypes for specification and testing purposes.• Measure business performance, refine core metrics, and establish reporting mechanisms to comprehend and monitor key indicators.• Collaborate closely with business partners to transform vague business challenges into clear data science and machine learning specifications. Leverage your business acumen to convert model outcomes into insightful recommendations, providing guidance on risks and limitations.
Skills/ Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, or a PhD in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in implementing predictive algorithms and conducting associated statistical analyses within data science and machine learning workflows, encompassing both structured and unstructured data.• Proficiency (2+ years) in utilizing data science tools such as Python, R, Spark, and SQL.• A self-motivated individual eager to create and apply analytical frameworks to solve intricate, open-ended business questions using relevant data.• A unique blend of robust analytical skills and forward-thinking leadership.• Strong capabilities in data visualization and programming, enabling you to effectively communicate complex insights.
