Senior Digital Designer / Digital Art Director

We are looking for a forward-thinking creative with broad digital design experience and a portfolio to back it up. This will be a creatively diverse role spanning UI, motion storyboarding, branding, and even retail display design. You should consider yourself a strong visual communicator, an artist, and a hands-on creator with confidence to work on global brands, within preset brand guidelines where they exist and innovating where they don't.

You must be a team player and a strong communicator/collaborator. Our design team prides itself on these behaviors internally and in integration with our other departments, especially Motion, Strategy, UX, Account Service, and Content.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in design

• Bachelor's degree in design, digital design, or relevant creative field
• Proven understanding of graphic design theory

Online portfolio website displaying expertise in the following:

• UI design and prototyping for web and applications
• Branding
• Creative campaign ideation and visualization
• Presentation design (PPT preferred)
• Retail display design
• Digital Storyboarding
• Image creation (your experienced blend of illustration/photo manipulation)
• Data visualization/infographics
• Responsive design, bootstrap, and grid-based systems
• Component-driven design, style guides
• Adobe Creative Suite (especially, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Figma (or equivalent e.g., XD, Sketch)
• Presentation software (Powerpoint or equivalent)

Experience in the following is beneficial:

• Motion design for video and/or web
• Illustration
• 3D modeling
• Atomic design
• Art Direction
• Photography
• 3D Software (modeling, lighting, animation)
• Animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Animate)
• UX
• Coding (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
