INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Millennium Trust Company Internship Program is a 10-week summer program that provides FIRST-RATE, HANDS-ON experience and opportunities to work on challenging projects you can add to your resume! At Millennium, you will not only develop new skills, but will experience the fullness of Millennium Trust Company and our culture through mentors, in-house professional development, group activities and challenges. At the conclusion of the internship, all interns will participate in a company-wide team competition. This internship will provide a fantastic springboard for your future career! We offer a hybrid internship experience with students working a combined virtual and in-person schedule at our Oak Brook, Illinois office location.
HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a Digital Asset Specialist Intern, you are primarily responsible for assisting with the inventory, redesign, and organizing of brand assets and marketing materials into a new Digital Asset Management platform, while the company undergoes a complete rebrand at Millennium Trust Company. The position is a member of the Communications and Brand Management team, which manages digital, social media interaction, design communications and industry events. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, innovative, and proactive.

• Provides support for new digital marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
• Utilizes Digital Asset Management tool to archive and update digital assets
• Inventories rebrand content and implementation of new process flow for digital asset management
• Other duties as needed.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to start June 5, 2023 (internship goes through August 11, 2023)
• Must be a Junior or Senior in Fall 2023
• Ability to commit to hybrid work environment (office is based in Oak Brook, IL)
• Pursuing a degree in Design, Communications Design, Web Design, or related field
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
