The Digital ATM Enterprise Manager is responsible for the research and development, implementation, and ongoing management and strategy of the bank's ATM fleet. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Prepares executive level reporting for use by bank's board of directors and senior management.
• Works with Risk to ensure due diligence for ATM vendor relationships.
• Drives product strategy in alignment with key business and operational/functional partners.
• Willingness to respond to after hours and/or weekend ATM escalations. Schedules back up when unavailable.
• Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization and fosters a positive working environment.
• Focuses on product ownership.
• Participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process.
• Supports various internal project needs from planning, budgeting, and deliverables.
• Contributes to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• Manages outside vendor relationships and hold accountable to quality standards and service level agreements.
• Performs employee performance evaluations, hiring, disciplining, training, and development.
• Enables a strong partnership with cross functional teams including Physical Security, Facilities, IT, Finance, Compliance, Retail Adm., and Risk to establish department and bank goals.
• Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all bank regulatory requirement and policies and procedures.
• Moderate travel, as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
• Management experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sound critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Intermediate PC proficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Able to effectively express self, using language and grammar in a professional manner, and respond to common inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Able to plan, develop and organize professional schedule to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
Industry and Work Experience:
• 5+ years of management experience or project management experience.
• 3+ years of vendor relationship management experience.
• ATM experience preferred, but not required.
Academic:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required, or minimum of 5 years related experience.
