Digital Automation Manager (Remote)

The ideal candidate for Bon Secours Mercy Health's Digital Automation Manager manger has proven technical experience in implementing and overseeing digital marketing automation journeys, campaigns and related integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proven technical experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and deep knowledge of journey architecture and related automation building is required.

This role will architect and execute technical components of personalized digital marketing journeys and related tracking, across email, SMS and other related marketing automation channels.

The digital automation manger will work closely with all areas of the marketing automation team to technically architect and execute marketing journeys, corresponding automations, and related marketing cloud functions. The role will lead maintenance and implementation of marketing cloud integrated tools.

The ideal candidate has deep technical experience working building automated marketing journeys or drip campaigns to execute trackable, ROI-driving campaigns.

Essential Functions:

• Design and execute technical journeys and automations for automated digital marketing campaigns to drive existing and new customers.
• Support success of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring marketing automation journey strategies are seamlessly executed across campaigns.
• Look at holistic campaign performance data to evaluate campaign automations, journey flows and other areas for improvement/growth.
• Work collaboratively with other team members on marketing automation tool enhancements
• Support marketing automation reporting through activity data sharing efforts and optimizations
• Support seamless connectivity and interoperability of full marketing technology stack.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation systems, journey architecture, automation design, CRM systems, data feeds and related best practices
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot or similar)
• Experience with system integrations and APIs
• Ability to learn new systems, coding languages and data architecture
• Strong interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
• Effective campaign/outreach reporting skills

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and advanced list/audience segmentation
• Experience with healthcare marketing or patient outreach
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
