This role offers the opportunity to lead the creation and growth of multiple digital brand properties from the ground up, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of each brand — from concept and positioning to content strategy, page creation, and performance optimization. The position involves managing 10–20+ brands simultaneously, ensuring they are authentic, engaging, and revenue-generating. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to align brand initiatives with marketing campaigns and business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance marketing, using data to guide decisions while maintaining creative integrity. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that rewards initiative, innovation, and the ability to scale digital properties efficiently.

Accountabilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage digital brand properties, including websites, social channels, and content ecosystems.
  • Define brand voice, positioning, and content strategy to ensure consistency and audience resonance across properties.
  • Oversee multiple brands simultaneously, leveraging modern tools and automation for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Growth teams to align brand efforts with performance objectives.
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics, iterating on content and positioning based on insights.
  • Identify opportunities to scale operations and expand into high-performing verticals.
  • Ensure brand properties maintain integrity while driving measurable engagement and revenue.
  • Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital brand management, content marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing.
  • Proven success in creating or managing digital properties that generate measurable engagement and revenue.
  • Strong editorial judgment and content instincts to craft compelling, scalable brand experiences.
  • Technical fluency with website builders, CMS platforms, and digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Data-informed mindset, using performance metrics to optimize content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Creative, strategic, self-directed, and highly organized — able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Bonus: Experience in affiliate, publisher, or influencer marketing, DTC e-commerce, ad tech, or compliance/FTC guidelines.
