TTI, Inc. is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to be onsite at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

The Digital Business Analyst is accountable for the successful initiation, roll-out, and support of Digital Business Development efforts, Analytics & Reporting of TTI's digital properties, as well as coordination of external 3rd party initiatives. Key accountabilities include new/improved functionality ideas & recommendations, being a subject matter expert in TTI's digital analytic tools & report suites. Other accountabilities include level two external/internal support, coordination of user training & presentations, and efforts to holistically maximize the end-user experience with all of TTI's web properties.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Digital Business Development

Collects feedback and converts ideas for digital enhancements into functional specifications for TTI's Development and Digital Experience groups. Coordinates with the teams to ensure required user interface elements are accounted for and eCommerce conversion goals are established. Ability to become the subject matter expert (SME) of the web applications and the functionality of the web properties.

Analytics & Reporting

Acts as SME on TTI's Analytics platforms including establishing and maintaining various tagging strategies. Responsible for ad hoc requests, scheduled reports, and most importantly the strategic analysis & action on key metrics. Continued exploration and integration of new analytics & SEO-related tools.

Third Parties

Coordinates and administers partnerships with third parties that TTI interacts with including industry product search aggregators, supplier stock checks, and potential API partners. Internal coordination between the eBusiness and EDI groups to execute data sharing with external parties. Leads testing efforts with third-party integrations, new applications, or enhancements before they are published to ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

Using established tools, this role actively monitors and identifies non-human web traffic and engages internal and external resources to mitigate bot activity that is not conducive to end-user experience or TTI's competitive positioning (i.e., site scraping).

Strategic Opportunities

Via customer and internal interactions as well as independent research, this role proactively identifies and documents areas for improvement in systems & processes with clear recommended solutions.

Takes a proactive role in garnering extensive knowledge and understanding of the core business opportunities specific to TTI and its industry while thinking beyond the boundaries of current practices and mindsets to further best-in-class execution of services that distinguish TTI from its competitors.

This role displays an expert ability to apply technology-driven solutions to business challenges and opportunities. Develops strong relationships with business stakeholders to foster positive relationships. Communicates with stakeholders to identify & understand needs while evaluating alternative business & technical solutions with the result of managing expectations effectively and negotiating positive outcomes for all involved parties.

Creates and publishes training material, conducts employee training, and responds to user inquiries. Documents and maintains complex application processes along with application flow diagrams.

Problem Solving and Analysis

Acts as a level two support to user inquiries, requests, or incidents. This role should have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues reported by customers. Ability to use the knowledge of how the application works to identify where a problem might be occurring and engage the correct resources to help resolve the issue. General knowledge in the areas of application programming, database, and general web system design is key to this role.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience required. Two to five years of related experience including writing business requirements, and functional specifications and setting project timelines in Web or general software development environments.

Enterprise business and technical experience.

Experience developing Web Services strategies & success measurements.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Expert knowledge of enterprise analytics systems such as Google and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the elements of eCommerce initiatives and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated superior ability to analyze user requirements and write functional specifications to be turned into technical specifications.
  • Inquisitive personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Quickly grasps complex information flows and interdependencies.
  • Skilled in SCRUM methodology and tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly effective teamwork/interpersonal skills with wide target audiences.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
  • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
