Digital Business Analyst

The Digital Business Analyst is an exciting role that will help to shape the digital future for our D2C customers.

You are pivotal in gathering and owning project requirements from end to end. You will be part of the Digital Delivery team and work closely with other professionals to build and contribute to an aggressive digital transformation across a wide-range of large-scale ecommerce systems.

A strong eye on innovation and detail -- always looking for the latest & greatest technical solutions available -- will serve you well in this role. As will your top-notch documentation and client facing skills.

Responsibilities include.

• Own the relationship with clients & internal stakeholders.
• Understand the wider customer, business, and stakeholder priorities.
• Document business requirements through to launch and beyond.
• Review and understand customer journeys and processes in order to recommend efficiencies.
• Work with all stakeholders to generate and action in-depth Discovery Programs, from the initial research, conducting the sessions, and drafting the output from them.
• Be the link between tech and business stakeholder.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience.
• Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into industry trends, customer behavior, and competition.

Experience

• 2+ years experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner specializing in eCommerce
• Expert level writing of Functional Specification (FSD / FRD)/ Business Requirement (BRD) Documents or user stories
• CMS solutions
• Optimization solutions
• Microservices API
• Comfortable comprehension of complex enterprise System Architecture diagrams
• Comfortable with Technical Roadmap creation and maintenance
• Comfortable with Process Modelling creation
• Practical experience with Agile Methodologies and large-scale Delivery Management
• 3rd Party management

This role is hybrid from our Needham, MA office (2-3x a week in office)
