Digital Campaign Coordinator
This position is agency, network, and internal client-facing ensuring the on-time execution of digital campaigns including Q/A of order details, creative testing, and troubleshooting, precise campaign delivery and bill accordingly.
The Campaign Coordinator should possess strong analytic, superior organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Qualified individuals should be knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Time management and excellent prioritization skills a must; a resourceful self-starter with the ability to work independently and make decisions; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in managing priorities. Strong understanding of digital advertising operations is a must. Basic knowledge of ad tag construction is a plus. Knowledge of ad tag construction is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance for digital campaigns including validating rates, targeting, placements, creative, etc on all orders into the ad serving platform (DoubleClick for Publishers/DSM/DFP)
- Ensure proper functionality of Rich Media and 3rd Party creative by testing in the ad server environment
- Ensure all ad orders adhere to creative, technical and legal specifications
- Troubleshoot HTML or JavaScript code within ads and other ad serving issues
- Coordinate with corporate ad operations team to create/add new products, targeting, and additional ad serving capabilities in Ad Book/DFP
- Monitor delivery and optimize campaigns in-flight at all levels - across partners, placements, products and creative - to deliver optimal performance.
- Support ad sales while being mindful of the viewer experience and advertising guidelines
- Responsible for reporting ad performance metrics
- Work closely with Sales Teams to implement & execute online marketing plans
- Daily/weekly reporting of campaign pacing, campaigns pending creative and overall site performance indicators as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous digital media planning/buying experience
- Ad Operation and Digital trafficking experience
- Experience with DSPs and SSPs is a HUGE plus
