Position SummarySenior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Proven experience as a Senior CPM/EPM Consultant or similar role
• Certified in CCH Tagetik's module (e.g. Consolidation)
• Strong technical expertise in consolidation frameworks and analytical reporting
• Experience in designing, leading, and implementing consolidation projects in CCH Tagetik
• Should have a background in financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Cash Flow) preparation and process improvement initiatives
• Experience in analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of Trial Balance and Consolidated Data
• Experience in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous data validation processes and controls
• Experience in managing and maintaining ownership structure register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of ownership across all entities
• Experience in elimination of intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidated financial statements
• Experience in developing and implementing cash flow reports and calculations
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
