Revant offers a competitive compensation package including:
- Base salary, $80,000 - $90,000 (dependent upon experience)

Essential Functions
Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a digital content strategy for various stages from awareness to conversion and retention that aligns with the overall business objectives and the customer journey
- Understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and needs through research and data analysis. Tailor content and channels to resonate with the target audience.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. Collaborate with the marketing director, e-commerce manager and design teams to plan and develop digital content.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop the standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, re-purposing, and re-imagining into other assets.
- Create, brief, and publish engaging content for website and digital channels.
- Oversee the end-to-end content creation process and manage the content calendar, ensuring high-quality, relevant and consistent content across multiple channels and platforms
- Generate compelling and high-quality written content for various channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing content, including images, infographics, and videos
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to the website
- Create persuasive copy for performance-based activities (landing pages, display ads, SEO) to increase conversion rates and ensure ROI.
Social Media and Influencers Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule
- Foster community engagement and management - respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews, manage discussions on discussion posts.
- Manage social media accounts (FB,vIG, Youtube, etc) creating engaging relevant content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
Email Marketing:
- Work with the Email Specialist to develop engaging email campaigns that align with the overall content strategy
- Utilize customer segmentation to tailor email content for specific audiences
Content Distribution:
- Ensure that content is distributed across various channels, including the company website, social media, email, and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote content through paid advertising channels
Performance and Data Analytics:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content marketing efforts.
- Identify key performance metrics (KPIs), provide regular reports on key KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Reporting updates on best performing or underperforming creative with solution-based approach.
Brand Alignment:
- Work with the Creative Lead to ensure that content aligns with the brand identity and messaging goals
- Work closely with the creative lead to integrate brand messaging into content strategies
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Create content that guides users through the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Develop lead magnets and gated content to capture user information for future marketing efforts
Customer Retention:
- Develop content that supports customer retention, including post-purchase guides, loyalty programs, and customer success stories
- Gather customer feedback through content engagement and surveys to inform future content strategies
Stay Informed on Trends:
- Stay informed on content marketing trends, emerging technologies, channels, and changes in consumer behavior
- Integrate innovative content strategies to keep the brand fresh and engaging
Competencies
- Strong experience developing and executing DTC digital content and social media strategies to hit KPIs, with a focus on measurable results
- Proficient with social media content creation and channel management - meta, youtube, tiktok, etc.
- Strong leadership, development and management skills
- Proficient with in data visualization and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and excel
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels
- Excellent budget management and resource allocation skills
- Extensive experience leading and managing a team to achieve company goals
- Experience working cross-departmentally with design and content teams
- Experience in negotiating contracts with vendors, agencies, and contractors
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience — MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct-to-consumer content marketing management experience. $20MM+ in annual sales preferred.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Advanced experience with data visualization and analytics tools

Work Environment - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)
While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours. In addition to two days in the office per week, your position may require you to be physically in the office more often when projects or in person meetings are required.
When working at the office, we operate under Good Manufacturing Practices which may at times require wearing safety glasses and closed toe shoes. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Travel
Potential for 2-3 weeks of travel per year.
