Digital Content Manager

We're hiring a Digital Content Manager!

About this position

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for building, entering, and managing content on Plexus Worldwide's multiple websites and digital marketing platforms. This role works to proofread, route, build, upload, and publish items for our business partners, ensuring that content on our site is current, accurate, and translated. We are seeking individuals who have managed content using WordPress, SharePoint, and Contentful or who have similar expertise in similar CMS platforms or with HTML/CSS experience.

What you'll do

• You manage, schedule, and publish the product, informational, and marketing content for various business units and company launches.
• You enter and modify text and image content into Contentful, our Content Management System (CMS), to fit pre-existing HTML & CSS components or WYSIWYG content model records.
• You edit, update, and review existing web content to ensure it meets our internal digital standards.
• You make image modifications, change resolution, and create contextually appropriate file types using Adobe Photoshop for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
• You act as a primary subject matter expert in user acceptance testing for all digital content and launches.
• You perform on-site search engine optimization (SEO) and metadata updates on our site's content on an ongoing basis and identify new opportunities to improve our on-site optimization.
• You partner with our compliance department to ensure web content meets compliance regulations.

You should have

• A High School diploma is required. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• You have 2-5 years of content management experience or related experience.
• You have 1+ years of HTML experience.
• You have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google AdWords, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organization, and planning skills a must. Personal initiative. Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality. Friendly, professional. Flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
