Job Description

Cobb Technologies is hiring a Digital Content Marketing Strategist to join our creative team! The Marketing Strategist is a key member responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve our business goals. This position will be responsible for creating and designing a variety of types of content, including blog posts, social media content, website copy, email newsletters, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define target audience segments and create buyer personas.
  • Set clear, measurable marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Campaign Development:
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and creative assets.
  • Determine budget allocation and resource requirements for campaigns.
Content Strategy:
  • Develop content plans that resonate with the target audience.
  • Identify content distribution channels and strategies.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Optimize online presence and user experience.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a marketing strategist or in a similar strategic marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
