The Digital Content Syndication Analyst will report to the Director, Digital Merchandising and will have the option for working remotely with periodic travel to our company headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C. This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining digital content across Hanesbrands consumer-facing digital touchpoints. This role will also be responsible for managing internal/external syndication, insuring retailer specific requirements are being met and implementing change requests across multiple business segments. This role collaboratively partners with key business stakeholders, digital merchants and sales teams on the new item set-ups and on-going maintenance of digital content to meet eCommerce growth needs. This individual must be analytical, a self-starter, a collaborator, a good communicator and have a strong desire to learn the business. This position requires a growth mindset.

Responsibilities
  • The role works cross-functionally with other business units to ensure timely, measured delivery of content while managing and minimizing resource constraints.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders on the syndication of digital content across various digital touchpoints and retail eCommerce platforms
  • Insure that digital product catalog is complete and compliant with all retail requirements and that product content is delivered on-time
  • Build and deploy digital catalogs and materials necessary for viewing product assortment and attribution
  • Provide systems expertise in setting up inbound/outbound data feeds, gap analysis documents, syndication channel audits, and Retailer .com API integrations.
  • Develops category expertise across Hanesbrands, Inc. product lines and brands
  • Communicate cross-functionally with Product and Merchandising teams regarding eCommerce attribution updates/additions and facilitate the plan of action to deliver change requests.
  • Bias for action. Given the pace of the business, constant iteration is required, and both the desire and knowledge of how to scrappily execute ideas is critical to success in this role
  • Process and detail oriented. The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to ruthlessly prioritize, and the capability to quickly process data to drive ongoing decision making

Qualifications

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required.
  • 0-2 years of experience working with eCommerce platform, specifically within product content delivery and maintenance strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working within an enterprise-class Product Information Management system (ex. Salsify) a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask and prioritize
  • Individual needs to have a deep passion for learning with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Analytical skills and conceptual creative ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
