Digital Coordinator

What you will do:

• Skill with utilizing ad management systems to effectively maximize productivity and efficiencies of campaigns
• This position is primarily responsible for assisting with and managing workflow of scheduling, delivery, inventory analysis, and reporting of online advertising across a variety of platforms in order to increase sales volume while working directly with advertisers and/or their agencies, in-house sales consultants, managers, and the Adtaxi Operations Team
• Scheduling (ad serving platforms and billing) as well as campaign management
• Uploading a variety of creatives, from HTML5 to static ads
• Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to ensure accurate impression and revenue performance
• Creating and sending performance reports to sales reps and/or clients. Aid sales reps in understanding and explaining any data present in such reports, as needed
• Explanation of setup and results for both sales reps and clients when requested
• Building ColoradoBusinessProfiles.com accounts and updating current ones
• Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with third-party contractors, sales reps, and clients
• Coordinate MNG system-related launches including sales tools (Luna/Salesforce) and new verticals/web platforms
• Maintenance, updating, and support of all websites owned by Prairie Mountain Media
• Cover for teammates as needed
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members, including advertising sales consultants
• Organize work for easy fill-in by teammates
• Attend and participate in departmental training and meetings
• Represent PMM on MNG interactive team calls and meetings

• Some Photoshop, salesforce and HTML experience a plus

• Ability to strategically prioritize, respond to changing issues, cope with the unexpected, and achieve results with tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly growing and changing working environment
• A strong operator that loves creating processes, identifying efficiencies, and resolving issues
• Excellent time management, project management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Weekend work may be required during event dates
• College degree or equivalent in work experience
• Two years of experience in digital advertising and ad trafficking
• Experience with previously mentioned ad serving and reporting platforms is required

The hourly wage is $16.35 - $17.80. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition program, and 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
