Digital Demand professionals deliver and optimize one unified comprehensive and personalized digital experience for our clients within Nothern Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Bucarest you work with field marketing event specialists and digital demand teams across the region to set up the best possible omnichannel demand experience capturing new clients for IBM. You consult with the wider marketing team on how to use digital tactics to drive business growth and how to integrate paid media web organic and email nurture activity into the campaigns and events. You Coordinate and land the digital plan working with different marketing autorization teams ibm.com teams ensuring a seamless and integrated approach across all digital touch points. You maximise Roi enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency in messaging. You set up and coordinate A/B testing and other experiments to refine paid media or web messaging and audience-specific targeting. You define digital business performance and quality measurements monitor performance agains these measurement and work with teams to determine the content design and interactions to globalise localise retire scale and optimise work. You drive and deliver performance improvement activities as part of the marketing team.
Your Role and Responsibilities

Planning and Business Alignment: Partner with Geo/Market demand strategists;

Ecommerce teams to build and execute digital demand plan that is part of the overall omni-channel demand plan.

Partner with Global campaign and pod teams to receive briefing and provide feedback for Digital Elements.

Active participation in Global Demand teams to direct Geo requirements insights and client feedback for Digital elements.

Execution tasks will include the following: Orchestration of the digital experience; Digital campaign Landing & Localization; Client Journey validation and customization; Paid Media performance (KPIs) strategy and execution ongoing tracking of KPIs for Geo/Market performance; Marketing Automation routing /validation; Web performance and Optimization.

Performance objectives: Accountable for Digital outcomes

Response Management โ Sales/Marketing actions to improve CI build/quality

Hand Raising Moments โ ensure HRMs are activated and flowing properly

Workload Conversion โ quantity/quality maximize conversion of CIs/CSs to SQL and WR from digital execution

NCA/PLG aligned: Participates on Digital Sales Weekly interlocks and NCA inbound/outbound management system to drive digital performance.

โโโโโโโAccount led/SSEP aligned: joins relevant management system to drive digital performance (ie consulting BDRs)
This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in setting up a digital demand plan for capturing new clients.
Strong collaboration and coordination abilities.
Seeks feedback and adjusts plans and tactics accordingly.
Actively sells the plan to stakeholders that do not know detail of digital onmichannel environment.
Understands online client journeys and what it takes to capture and progress interest through the sales funnel. Understand web optimization marketing automation and paid media.
Can do work ethics.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Has worked in consumer digital journeyโs that can be applied to the IT domain. Growth mindset.
