We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Designer who’s ready to rock the world and join our Marketing team. Vectra AI’s Marketing team manages and facilitates the execution of the Vectra AI brand, while also promoting Sales efforts, and working collaboratively to drive business growth. Reporting to the Sr. Creative Brand Manager, the Digital Designer will be responsible for the design and development of clear, compelling marketing content that adheres to brand guidelines and communicates Vectra AI’s value effectively to target audiences. Content to include data sheets, solution briefs, research papers, blog posts, web pages, social media content, brand assets, presentations, emails, and more as needed. The Digital Designer will be accountable for the design and update of all marketing content, development of social media presence, digital ads, and collaboration with digital marketing partners. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Work within brand guidelines to produce design and content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement and conversions
  • Proactively manage projects within deadlines while ensuring brand integrity, and accuracy
  • Own the design production of digital and print content
  • Support the creation and production of digital assets for a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, of social media posts, blog posts, and emails in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Submit all creative and production to the Sr. Creative Brand Manager for approval  
  • Create and maintain design standards and guidelines for digital assets 
  • Ensure all designs are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field 
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design role. Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a cybersecurity, technology, or related field is a plus 
  • Excellent sense of layout and design with strong attention to detail and typographic skills 
  • Portfolio of relevant work examples 
  • Experience creating impactful, on-brand content in multiple forms of media 
  • Experience working in Webflow to create and edit web content is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of SEO and web KPIs and metrics 
  • An understanding of analytics and reporting, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions 
  • Video, motion graphics, animation, knowledge of Lottie animation experience is a major plus 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects of varying deadlines 
  • Experience working within a team environment structure to support internal and external clients 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, a high sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player by actively engaging and participating with cross-functional team 
  • Self-motivated and strong collaborator 

Computer and Technology Skills:

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); fluency in MS Office, social media, website (Webflow) 
Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.
