At Rivo we're looking for a Digital Designer (LATAM) to join our team.
Full-time · Remote (LATAM)
Who we are
Rivo is a loyalty and referrals platform for Shopify created to drive revenue and retention. We’re a team of ~12 scrappy fast-acting growth-minded people who like to GSD. Our team brings experience from Shopify Airbrake InVision Github Amazon & Shogun.
We're an entirely remote team spread across 8 countries and 11 cities. This position is 100% remote.
About the job
Day-to-day you’ll be designing and onboarding customers. This includes using our page builder and account components to line up with their brand guidelines.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping with onboarding enterprise customers
- Building landing pages for e-commerce brands' loyalty programs
- Contribute to other parts of the company
- Developing innovative social media strategies that engage and connect with our customers while driving brand awareness and growth.
- Designing stunning visuals that grab the attention of prospective customers
- Create brand materials for marketing and product teams
- Collaboration in operations on special projects
Who you are
- Scrappy fast and resourceful
- Ability to take on a project from start to finish
- You’re a numbers person who uses metrics as a compass - you enjoy moving graphs up and to the right and are comfortable with using metrics as the yardstick for success.
- Deep understanding of web design patterns and best practices
- You can take difficult concepts and condense them into a simple digestible format for people of all knowledge levels to understand
- You’re self-driven with an entrepreneurial approach and work autonomously with limited guidance
Requirements
- 2+ years of web design experience and experience using Shopify
- HTML / CSS proficiency (high competency)
- Figma proficiency (high competency)
- Have an entrepreneurial self-motivating attitude with energy and resourcefulness to GSD.
- 2+ years experience in visual design
- Be empathetic and enthusiastic about solving problems and helping others.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of web design experience and experience using Shopify
- Proficiency with FIGMA
