CLA is looking to hire a Digital Director for our Financial Services Group.

The Financial Services Digital Director is responsible for the growth of the digital service line within our financial services practice and for creating and delivering digital capabilities to clients across the financial services continuum. This individual has a high degree of responsibility and decision-making to develop a vision and roadmap to support business goals and growth within the digital ecosystem related to our financial services practice.

Summary of work to be performed:

• Liaison between the FSG Strategic Leadership Team and CLA Digital Solutions Group
• FSG Digital Director will lead the existing FSG Digital Solutions committee
• Create a culture of innovation with the Financial Service Industry
• Develop strategy to lead the digital growth efforts within the Financial Services industry, including partnership or acquisition opportunities, along with in-house solution buildout
• Provides direct client service for implementation, usage, and expansion of digital services
• Identification of innovation trends and business opportunities in the marketplace
• Leveraging of 3rd party relationships to building connections with existing digital and fintech solutions
• Primarily responsible for leading digital initiatives to drive growth to existing FSG clients
• Works with segment leaders to identify digital market opportunities across all segments of our FSG

What makes you an attractive candidate?

• Bachelor's degree in business or digital related field. A combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services and/or fintech leadership preferred
• Experience in multiple segments of financial services preferred
• Ability to travel for industry events and business development; travel estimated at not more than 50%
