Digital / E-commerce Strategist

Growth Gurus are seeking a talented Digital/E-commerce Strategist to join their global team.

In this exciting role, you will be acting as the catalyst of growth – across our client’s teams and our own.

This thrilling and fast-paced role will require you to take the reins when it comes to strategy, creativity, and effectiveness of the work produced across all channels.

Duties will include:

- Achieving agreed revenue targets for our clients’ businesses, managing budgets and meeting project deadlines.

- Understanding and working with clients on email marketing and software platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Justuno.

- Providing insights and making changes to websites UX, content and SEO strategy.

- Supporting management and the sales team by creating and maintaining sales strategies and campaigns with key online channel partners

- Maintaining new and current clients relationships, while developing new products and service offerings, and growing the optimisation team

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience, ideally in an agency environment.

- A general understanding of SEO, organic traffic fundamentals, digital marketing and diverse web technologies

- Preferably experience with Klaviyo and Shopify

This role is full-time, remote - we prefer our staff to work synchronised hours being 9am - 5pm (AEST).
