The Digital Ecosystem Manager will help drive the holistic digital agenda for the brand, working to support the brand's always social presence and maintaining strong content across the digital ecosystem

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA Preferred
  • 4 -7 years of experience in Brand Management or Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Brand-centric individual with passion, pride and drive; ensuring connectivity and cohesiveness throughout all touchpoints of a digital ecosystem.
  • Experience in leading digital and social media marketing, including content planning and execution, channel management and ongoing measurement.
  • Ability to strategically execute advocacy and influencer strategies and working with content creators to leverage content across brand channels.
  • Strong background in community management strategies and day-to-day execution to build engaged communities and drive brand love.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive action through effective partnership and project management.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and strong learning agility
  • High drive for results and the ability to rapidly break down barriers.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Ecosystem Responsibilities:

  • Drive owned ecosystem initiatives aligned with brand priorities to deliver on key KPIs
  • Partner in deploying advocacy and influencer strategy aligning with brand priorities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for owned digital ecosystem strategy (1PD, CRM, SEO, Web, DTC, eComm, Social) and be the connective tissue between brand teams and the Center of Excellence team.
  • Support Brand Purpose programming by delivering brand equity and conversion based activations within digital outlets.
  • Partner with COE to optimize shopping experience across the ecosystem
  • Align annual brand tentpoles and campaigns across digital touchpoints (1PD, Website, CRM, Shopper marketing, PR, Influencer marketing and Social strategies)
  • Lead implementation of brand visual identity and content production across digital touchpoints
  • Define brand specific 1PD strategy and data needs
  • Leverage internal and external insights to inform optimizations of brand specific digital ecosystem strategies
  • Audit, optimize and outline reporting for the user journey across all digital touchpoints

Social Responsibilities:

  • Lead organic strategy, including platform priorities, content strategy, successfully deliver against brand KPIs in partnership with Digital Ecosystem System & Social Coordinator
  • Drive and establish Social reporting, targets and cadence for key internal brand and agency stakeholders.
  • Partner with social media partners to unlock creative capabilities and assets
  • Consult on paid social best practices and paid influencer campaigns
  • Represent North American market for global implementation of new tools and capabilities
