Social Media is a key component of driving this digital growth. Aside from paid promotion, maintaining an always-on organic presence is critical to nurturing ongoing, one-to-one relationships with our brand fans and advocates. The Digital Ecosystem & Social Media Coordinator will help drive the holistic digital agenda for the brand, working to support the brand's always social presence and maintaining strong content across the digital ecosystem

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 -5 years of experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Experience across digital and social media marketing, including content planning and execution, channel management and ongoing measurement.
• Experience developing and executing influencer strategies and working with content creators to leverage content across brand channels.
• Strong background in community management strategies and day-to-day execution to build engaged communities and drive brand love.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive action through effective partnership and project management.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and strong learning agility
• High drive for results and the ability to rapidly break down barriers.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Support Digital Ecosystem Manager with briefing social agency for proactive organic content needs aligning to brand and platform priorities.
• Partner with Digital Ecosystem Manager to facilitate creative feedback and approval process, ensuring brand strategies and guidelines are considered for all executions.
• Partner with key internal teams to drive social growth through tactical measures (i.e., calendar optimizations, proactive engagement, new platform tech, etc.)
• Manage brand pages across existing social platforms and maintain relationships with key executional partners (i.e., Sprout, TRIBE, Bazaarvoice)
• Lead social reporting process and actioning insights for growth, including consistent share-outs to brand and agency teams.
• Support Digital Ecosystem Manager by managing content calendars across organic social, website, CRM, etc. to support holistic Digital Ecosystem strategic vision.
• Deliver on proactive executions supporting social strategies, maintaining clear ties to brand strategy with a clear social-first tone of voice.
• Partner with internal team to schedule monthly content and liaison approvals in Sprinklr.
• Identify real-time and ongoing social trends + high performing content to help drive real time content executions and ongoing content optimizations.
• Addressing negative comments by funneling them through the appropriate channels (Consumer Care connectivity)
• Managing UGC selection and rights approval process
• Executing Surprise, Delight and Honor strategy as it relates to social.
