The Digital organization is leading Ameren's Digital/IT transformation strategy to deliver a differentiated customer and co-worker experience, leveraging emerging technologies to enable the grid of the future while driving operational excellence and customer affordability. This includes accelerating IT and technology solutions to enable Ameren's overall business strategy and create value, resulting in greater safety, security, reliability and productivity across the Enterprise.

The Digital Enablement Analyst position is responsible for effectively advancing Digital enablement through impacting the cultural digitization across Ameren's organization. This person must interact and collaborate across all coworker segments to better align the digital rollout for the varying needs and knowledge of Ameren teams. Key elements of this position will include promoting Digital coworker engagement, planning and leveraging key events that support cultural transformation, and helping strategize the alignment and communication process across the Digital organization. This person should provide energy and passion in support of making Ameren more agile, accelerated and innovative.

General responsibilities include:

  • Enable co-worker passion and engagement for the digital transformation through building and maintaining strong relationships with Digital senior leadership and co-workers.
  • Support Digital integrated planning efforts in driving 5-year organizational plans.
  • Support the Digital Collegiate Engagement Program in alignment with Human Resources, including Welcome Week, Spring, Summer and Fall Activities, Small Group Mentoring Sessions, Safety Sessions and Report Out sessions.
  • Assist in annual collegiate financial planning across Digital, ensuring headcount and budgets are aligned and that resourcing needs are met throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR pipeline programs to drive strategic hiring practices utilizing collegiate, Hiring Our Heroes, Bright Return, etc.
  • Support documentation and presentation formatting needs for Digital integrated planning efforts, training roadmap creation, collegiate programs and more.
  • Collaborate with team members to host events that enhance Digital culture engagement including Digital Virtual Connect meetings, IdeaHack, conferences, people leader engagements, and more by collaborating with other teams such as Strategy.
  • Assist with tracking and communicating IdeaHack progress to leadership and participants on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with IdeaHack planning team to track and communicate IdeaHack progress to leadership and participants on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Communications Team in Corporate Communications and the Digital Workforce Strategy Team in Human Resources in developing and implementing digital communication plans that align with both Digital strategy and overarching Ameren goals and objectives.
  • Ensure Digital culture engagements incorporate a lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Champion a culture that supports learning and growth along with design-thinking that embraces and leverages diversity of thought and ideas in an ability to accelerate the organization.
  • Foster a culture where Ameren Digital's goals and strategy are in alignment with projects and ideas evolving from the Ameren Innovation initiatives and serve as a champion for change. Support Ameren teams in driving actionable outcomes in an agile and accelerated working structure.
  • Support Digital relationships with key community partners such as LaunchCode, Women in Technology, Gateway to Innovation, etc. to grow Ameren's presence as a tech leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. One or more year of professional experience required; internship experience will be considered. Experience with digital transformation, strategy and innovation is preferred.

  • Proactive, persistent and dependable. Excellent time management skills. Strong work ethic.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
