Responsibilities:
- Partner with a team of Digital Data and Marketing Specialists to develop insightful research findings for BioPharma clients
- Team will be responsible for executing variety of digital initiatives including:
- Mapping the digital landscape for our clients and identify digital opportunities
- Planning and executing digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating with both clients, and internal stakeholders across account portfolio throughout project lifecycle
- Review, and work on SOWs, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create websites, digital selling tools, and digital content/assets
- Present key findings to client teams
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Structure and conduct individual project tasks including detailed research and analysis using a variety of data sources
- Compile findings into concise and meaningful insights and recommendations that demonstrate a clear understanding of project objectives
- Work interactively with your project teams to share insights, incorporate feedback and evolve analysis and deliverables
- Clearly communicate findings and insights verbally and in well-designed PowerPoint slides that tell a clear and compelling story
- Interact with and manage third-party vendors
- Work on a team in a highly collegial and collaborative environment
- Travel up to 20-25% via client meetings and workshops as needed
Desired Experience Requirements
- 3+ total work experience
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field
- PharmaTech/HealthTech experience
- Consulting and client management
- 2+ years of consulting/client management experience
- Demonstrated project management, client management, and team management experience
- Digital Skill Set:
- 2+ years work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
- Demonstrated experience executing digital programs to achieve marketing objectives
- Familiarity with tools including SEMRush, Google Trends, Sprout Social and SpyFu to identify client opportunities
- Familiarity with with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Familiarity with digital media and lead generation campaigns including paid search, paid social and programmatic media
- Familiarity with web analytics tools including GA4, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
- Travel up to 20-25% via client meetings and workshops as needed
Salary range: $100,000 - 120,000
