Position Overview

Autodesk Construction Solutions is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Customer Digital Engagement Marketing team and participate in transforming customer success marketing at Autodesk. We are looking for a digital engagement program manager who is passionate about customer success and driving product adoption at scale.

As part of the Digital Engagement team, the primary focus of this role is on developing a content strategy and tactics for webinars that drive adoption of Autodesk Construction Solutions platform. Through development and delivery of live and on-demand customer webinars and content in close collaboration with customer success, product and marketing teams, you'll help customers adopt our construction solutions to be more successful in their business.

This position requires a program manager who can maintain and develop innovative webinar and digital content strategies working with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • As a program manager on the ACS Customer Success Digital Team, work with Manager, Digital Engagement and other stakeholders to develop webinar and digital engagement strategies
  • Initiate and manage regular webinars end-to-end in collaboration with internal stakeholders (customer success, marketing, product management, etc.)
  • Create and manage webinar content calendar that aligns with team OKRs
  • Ideate, pitch, and partner with Customer Success to develop new content topics and formats for the webinar channel
  • Manage all aspects of webinar programs including webinar platform administration, registration pages, webinar promotion and follow-up, prepping contributing stakeholders, and sharing insights
  • Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of our webinar strategy and implement improvements
  • Create business reviews that outline performance, insights, and key strategic opportunities
  • Define and monitor KPIs and rapidly iterate to improve results
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer webinar effectiveness and reach through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Finding innovative ways to redistribute and reuse content created within the webinar program
  • As part of the Digital Engagement team, this role also has the potential to contribute to in-product and digital engagement campaigns using tools including Pendo and Marketo
  • Stay on top of video and webinar trends, formats, and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success, content, or webinar program marketing roles
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, or in Digital Marketing agencies working with SaaS clients
  • Proficient in a variety of digital marketing tools, specifically webinar and marketing automation
  • Experience working in a webinar platform (Zoom or GoToWebinar preferred)
  • Experience working with marketing technical systems, including Marketing Automation Systems such as Hubspot and Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong creative mind with the ability to ideate new campaign creatives and collaborate closely with internal teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with driving growth through digital marketing / adoption programs
  • Experience with digital marketing and product tools (Marketo, Outreach, Pendo, Personalization - Salesforce, customer success tools (Totango, Gainsight) and analytics platforms a plus
  • Team Player with proven ability to partner with and work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product, etc)
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills to be able to multi-task multiple programs at various stages (Asana experience a plus)
  • Goals and results driven. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be a sharp, energetic, assertive, and results-oriented team player. Able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,300 and $135,080. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
