The Role
The Digital Engagement Specialist’s primary goal is to maintain the Marketing Automation system and generate omnichannel campaigns that leverage digital communications, in coordination with Doma Title Insurance’s Director of  Agency Systems. This position works with Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations and Customer Relationship Management employees to produce a wide range of marketing materials for the company. The Digital Engagement Specialist will interact with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that outbound digital communications reflect the brand of the company accurately as directed by the Director of Agency Systems and Marketing.
A primary objective of this position is to collaborate with members of the Agency Operations team to develop and expand upon the customer retention strategy and prospecting strategy, and execute that strategy through a variety of channels.
The Digital Engagement Specialist will endeavor to create a best-in-class experience through a wide variety of multi-channel digital formats, build and execute programs to grow and maintain business, maintain and expand systems, and develop data-driven optimizations to outbound digital engagement strategies to provide more efficient processes for Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems to generate, distribute and report on the performance and efficacy of outbound engagement efforts.Â
- Build and execute nurture campaigns that increase the engagement of prospects and the engagement, retainment and share of wallet of existing customers.
- Create emails, forms, templates, landing pages and reports to support nurture and engagement programs.
- Document processes, programs, procedures and integrations with other systems.
- Track, analyze, test, optimize and report on engagement efforts, based on audience.
- Provide periodic reports and dashboards on campaign performance and flag leadership when action is required.
- Ensure that data findings are visualized in a way that will resonate with stakeholders and clearly outlines key metrics and outcomes.
- Assess ad hoc nurture and engagement program requests from other departments and determine the best approach to execute and track the progress of the program.
- Prepare and send legal bulletins and alerts.
- Work with Sales and Operations teams to create and maintain distribution lists through regular audits and troubleshooting.
- Work within our Marketing Automation System to create and customize outbound emails as needed for current and new team members.
- Maintain an accessible and organized file system for the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Work with the Marketing and Education teams to maintain and optimize the Outbound Engagement Calendar, coordinating the schedule and cadence of email, social media and other outbound engagements.
- Ensure all outbound communications undergo review and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Work with the Marketing and Operations departments to review program requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization in support of business needs and goals.Â

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, information systems, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in outbound engagement campaign management.
- 3-5 years’ experience with Marketing Automation Systems with 1-2 years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Marketo and Salesforce experience (preferred)
Knowledge:
- Mastery of technical marketing strategy and the operational systems that support it.
- Solid understanding of content marketing, publishing, educational programs and events.
- Effective understanding of and experience with Salesforce and Marketo and a deep understanding of the interaction between the systems.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem of apps and services and the ability to train others.
- A strong working knowledge and experience in managing complex audience segments.Â
- Exceptional organizational skills and sound understanding of scheduling, planning and measuring results.
Ability:

- Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to make evaluative judgments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the employee to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift and move. Finger dexterity is necessary.

Shown below is the lowest to highest base salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Doma, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
