TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES'
- Lead and drive the Digital initiative and strategy in FMS
- Work closely with the different PLMs and the global commercial team to develop and grow the FMS Digital Strategy
- Work with the different NOV Business Units and the NOV corporate group to develop and deploy digital packages and solutions
- Work closely with FMS global service teams to monitor customers' equipment and to take adequate actions when needed
- With the collaboration of NOV's data scientists, analyze the data collected to identify repetitive patterns that can be used in condition-based maintenance or detect early failure
- Work with customers to identify opportunities for new data-driven products ands ways to improve existing ones
- Develop and implement different Digital solutions levels and packages to suite different customers' requirements and needs
- Develop an FMS digital value proposition by understanding customers' pain and digital needs and see how Digital can solve these issues, make customers' operation smoother and reduce downtime
- Design and develop electrical system and produce documentation such as control panel wiring diagrams and electrical power system single line diagrams
- Communicate with team members outside of the electrical engineering discipline to attain clear project specifications and expectations
- Develop, troubleshoot and support control software for industrial & oilfield applications
- Thoroughly test and document all control software developed
- Identify and evaluate new Industrial instrumentation technologies
- Identify and execute on design improvements and cost reduction
- Verify all components and systems are compliant with safety and regulatory requirements (NEC, ATEX, CSA, UL, CE)
- Take responsibilities for training other stakeholders and develop their Digital knowledge
- Meet with customers and channel partners to understand their requirements and needs
- Conduct training sessions and lunch and learn internally and externally
- Make decisions and provide advice that encompasses relevant technical and commercial aspects
- Write documentations for both internal and external use
- Manage the details in your workplan and keep the workplan up to date
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or similar
- 2-5 years related experience preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Participate in training when and where required
- Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training and instruction
- To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES'
- Experience with rotating machinery, variable frequency drives, motor control centers and switchgear
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and willingness to handle physical electrical panel assembly and installation
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, ProfiNet, Profibus, DH485, DH+, etc.)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Willing to travel within the United States and Internationally (around 20% travel).
