Digital Engineering Engineer

QlikSense Application support Analyst :-

1. Technical support for Qliksense and NCC products .
2. Service management activities /tasks for the NCC products including troubleshooting for incident , problem and change management
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues in Qlik Sense and other systems
4. Technical documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional/product teams to resolve issues
6. Administration: Manage licenses, set up permissions, design folder structure, and schedule tasks
7. Monitoring: Proactively monitor the Qlik Sense environment to ensure performance and scalability
8. Monitor and support automation activities

Desired skills

2-3 years Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Knowledge of SQL and database management, Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and Excellent communication and collaboration skills
