Digital Enterprise Systems Engineer

This is a remote position!

Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is currently seeking to hire a Digital Enterprise Systems Engineer. The desired candidate will work in the following areas:
• Support PMO in Digital Enterprise (DE) software and environments, providing recommendations on processes and usage of tools.
• Provide SME knowledge and mentoring to personnel on DE processes, environments, and tools. Troubleshoot issues with these tools with appropriate help desk(s).
• Support the development of plans, policies, and procedures for DE activities.
• Pilot, implement, integrate, and refine DE solutions within the PM.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and execute solutions in Cameo, to including Java scripting, customizing profiles, and creating velocity scripts to generate documents.
• Manage user access, rights to DE tools by creating, modifying user roles, and managing access to models and data within each tool.
• Prepare detailed status reports and briefings on users, models, and issues.

Job Requirements

Experience and Technical Knowledge
• Candidate should have a Bachelors' degree in a STEM field from an ABET-accredited university and 10 years' experience
• Exceptional organizational skills, be detailed oriented and be able to manage a large volume of data
• Experience with Java scripting
• Experience creating velocity scripts for Cameo/MagicDraw for document creation
• Familiarity with TWC, Collaborator, JIRA, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint

Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
• Ability to support complex development and engineering projects, work effectively with others, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work as part of a team to resolve complex problems.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and rapport with subordinate, peer, and management personnel within the home organization, PEO, and contract partners.

Position requires candidate to be a US citizen and be able to acquire a secret level security clearance. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
