Sentara Health is currently hiring a Digital Experience Advisor for the Health Plans team!

This is a Full Time position with day shift hours and great benefits!

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience required. Experience includes but is not limited to advancing digital solutions and strategy across web, mobile, and social channels.
  • Digital design experience preferred.
  • Experience and/or education in CX, UX, UI, and design-thinking/human-centered design for digital channels preferred.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Leads development and execution of digital consumer strategy and user experience, digital customer journey, and digital voice of customers, across public-facing websites, secure portals, social media, email, and mobile channels aligned with the company's strategic plan and initiatives.
  • Partners with teams across the growing company in the development of innovative digital solutions that align with strategic market goals and initiatives, digital trends, and technology.
  • Educates and advises others on the appropriate use of digital design elements and solutions for customer experience design incorporating the voice of the customer, persona development, customer journey mapping, product/service development, and design and market segmentation in support of customer acquisition and development.

Sentara Health Plans is the health insurance division of Sentara Healthcare doing business as Optima Health and Virginia Premier.
