RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do...

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent creative thinker to drive user engagement across two new training and enablement platforms, Ford University and Lincoln University. You will work on a small team to drive big change in an established industry/space where there is an inherent apprehension to change.

  • Campaign Creation & Implementation: Designing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns to encourage dealership employees to maximize integration of platform features and content into daily workflows. This will involve a mix of digital channels and creative content creation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various business units within Ford and Lincoln to align campaigns with their objectives and leverage existing platform solutions. This requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Tracking campaign results, analyzing data (using tools like Tableau), and providing key performance indicators (KPI's) to leadership to demonstrate impact and inform future improvements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Keeping all stakeholders (dealership employees, internal teams, etc.) informed through clear and effective communication about the platform, new features, and campaign updates.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Ensure milestone and deliverables are met on time by designated responsible individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS

You'll have...

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in executing/administering user experience campaigns on digital platforms
  • 1+ years of experience using Adobe Suite, (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Basic Video Editing Skills) JavaScript, Tableau / Data Analytics
  • 1+ years of experience using digital image and video formats

Even better, you may have...

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising & marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms like Mindtickle
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
  • Tuition assistance
  • Established and active employee resource groups
  • Paid time off for individual and team community service
  • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
  • Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
