This role is a senior, high-impact opportunity responsible for shaping and optimizing end-to-end website experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and meaningful user outcomes. The Digital Experience Lead defines the vision and strategy for digital journeys, ensuring seamless navigation and consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams, the role transforms data insights into actionable improvements that elevate performance. It requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, user-centric design expertise, and hands-on optimization capabilities. The position also plays a key role in driving experimentation, SEO performance, and continuous improvement of digital experiences. It is ideal for a seasoned digital leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments focused on growth and innovation.
Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the overall website strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment between user experience, business goals, and organizational growth priorities.
- Design and continuously refine user journeys, digital pathways, and navigation structures to improve engagement, usability, and conversion performance.
- Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless integration, and unified digital experiences across channels.
- Leverage data insights, experimentation, and SEO best practices to optimize website performance, organic growth, and conversion outcomes.
- Lead A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous optimization initiatives to improve user experience and business impact.
- Translate behavioral data and analytics insights into actionable recommendations that enhance digital engagement and funnel performance.
- 10+ years of experience in digital experience, website optimization, conversion rate optimization, or digital strategy roles.
- 5+ years of ownership of end-to-end digital experiences for large-scale or multi-audience websites.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams in a digital, marketing, or product environment.
- Strong expertise in web analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms, with deep understanding of user behavior and funnel analysis.
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles, experimentation frameworks, and digital optimization methodologies.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and experimentation tools such as Optimizely (preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing technology infrastructure, including tagging, event tracking, and data instrumentation (preferred).
- Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
