The Digital Experience IT Manager is responsible for partnering Marketing and Customer Experience teams to drive prospect and E2E customer engagement and delivering digital enhancements/updates through NRG Business digital technology stack. Role will require coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure we are influencing change and drive meaningful impact.

The role is multifaceted with varying degree of focus and changing priorities. Ideal candidate must be resilient and strong project management background with proven track record of success in creating and implementing engagement initiatives. Additionally, you must be tech savvy with strong technical background to drive tactical execution and develop data-driven culture to optimize E2E customer experience

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering projects that bring high quality customer experience
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Partner with Marketing team to provide business guidance to development team in delivering enhanced digital experience
• Define data driven decision making process with customer data platform tools
• Ensure new technologies and methods are consistent with enterprise's long-term objectives. Analyses potential impact/risks of new technologies on the enterprise, goals, and objectives.

Qualification

• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role (IT Innovation, Research & Development, or related areas) or minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 5 years of business experience, such as business analysis, digital business development, marketing, sales
• Experience all aspects of a software development lifecycle as a member of a fast-paced team
• Knowledge/skills of methodologies such as Agile, OO, UML, Automated test/Scripting, CICD process
• Experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies
• Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidlychanging priorities
• Ability to promote alignment and collaboration with resources across organization
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
