Our Digital Experience Manager, North America, is the strategic and strongly sales-oriented role responsible for the development and successful execution of the global Connected Fitness strategy in North America.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and execution of the Connected Fitness Strategy in North America with cross functional coordination with Sales and Global Product Management.
- Acts as main point of contact for the US product teams at HQ for digital strategies.
- Is part of the team of Regional Digital Experience Managers across the global business, bolstering a successful execution of the regional & local digital experience strategies in line with global and local Connected Fitness sales objectives.
- North America digital lead for identified strategic accounts. Obtain a deep understanding of the customers' needs and pain points. Designing and delivering technology solutions supporting the Global Accounts team.
- Identifying strategic pivots, partnerships and pilot initiatives in response to disruptive market forces.
- Collaborate with our global product teams on the implementation and execution of a global developer and partnership program and workshops, vetting and aligning existing and new eco-system partners.
- Hosting developer events to gain customer feedback, insights and pain points.
- Working closely with the other Digital Experience Managers, Product Management and Engineering teams feeding back global customer and market insights, ensuring continuous innovation.
- Working with the marketing and product management leads developing internal and external go to market plans and integrating the value of our digital sales solutions in the local sales teams.
- Work closely with marketing lead developing a position of digital leadership in the market through evangelism. Speaking at events and trade shows, trade affiliations, press contributions and a strong social media presence.
- Working with the Commercial Learning and Development team and Product Management to design and deliver internal, cross departmental digital training programs.
- Working tirelessly to strengthen brand equity of our digital solutions.
- Management reporting of sales targets and success metrics to the regional management team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5-10 years' experience in sales roles in the technology space (apps, mobile devices, APIs, ecosystems, etc.).
- Industry background on executing digital solutions as fitness manager of club manager / industry partner representative is a plus.
- Experience in sales roles that require close collaboration and feeding back market insights and customer requirements to HQ digital product teams.
- Possess a blend of commercial and technical understanding with a strategic mind.
- Project management experience desirable with proven leadership ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, commercially astute in order to appreciate and understand the value, contribution and complexity of initiating, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships for future business generation.
